Rincon-Murphy Marty Evans, of W. 7th Street, is a suspect in a theft incident that occurred on Dec. 25. Katherine Pelote reported a $700 pressure washer had been stolen from her residence on Stokes Avenue. Pelote said Evans was at her residence and that when he left, she noticed that the pressure washer was missing from the shed.

Conviction in robbery of john in Harding 
A Morris County jury yesterday convicted a 28-year-old Bronx man of robbing a Harding resident with a penchant for prostitutes. Shakur Carrasquillo's defense attorney said his client did himself in with letters he wrote in prison to his prostitute wife and accomplice in the April 9, 2003, robbery.
