Man Pleads Not Guilty To Federal Theft Charges
An Azusa man, 46, pleaded innocent Monday to federal charges related to his alleged theft of identity information via e-mails that appeared to come from America Online.

A man was arrested at 10:34 a.m. in the 700 block of West Atking Avenue on an outstanding warrant. A theft of identity report was taken at 10:55 a.m. in the 200 block of North Yorktown Street.
Two indicted for rape
In two separate cases, William Snook and Daniel Sloan were indicted Monday on rape charges. Sloan, of Shelbyville, was indicted on one count of first-degree rape that allegedly occurred on or about April 1, 2006, when he is accused of engaging in sexual intercourse by forcible compulsion.
