A man was indicted this week by a Warren County grand jury on charges related to a 10-year-old sex-related crime. Christopher Dale Miller, 30, 405 Chestnut St. A1, faces two counts of first-degree criminal attempt to commit rape of a juvenile.

10 steps VA should take in wake of its data breach
